Returns and Exchange Policy

At Club Unknown, our priority is for you to receive a shirt you’re delighted with!
The nature of our business - mystery jerseys - means that we unfortunately do not offer exchanges or refunds based on the club or jersey design not being to your preference.

But if you are really unhappy with your purchase, please send us a message via our contact form, and we will always do our best to make things right!
We have a 30-day return policy for other issues, which means you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return for:

1. Size exchanges

We offer a free exchange for any shirt that doesn’t fit how you expected. If there was an error with your order, we are happy to cover the cost of shipping (through partial refund). However, if the order fulfillment was accurate (i.e. you received the size you requested), we require you to cover the cost of shipping.

Please note; if you are wanting to exchange your jersey for a different size, we will try to match the jersey you initially received. However, due to stock limitations this might not always be possible. 

We do not offer refunds for sizing-related issues. Exchanges only.
To initiate a size exchange, please reach out to us via our contact form, and we will specify the process for exchange.

2. General issues with the product

For any other issues with your jersey – quality, defects, damage – please reach out to us via our contact form, and we will work with you to make things right. 
Depending on the issue, we may offer an exchange, refund, or credit for another jersey to be received.

Please note - If your reason for exchange is that would you just prefer a different team’s jersey, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for this reason.

FOR ALL EXCHANGES - You MUST return the jersey in the condition you received it in, including any extras such as story cards. We DO NOT accept any returns that are not in original condition (or jerseys that have been worn / laundered).
All exchanges must be mailed back to us in an insured / trackable way. We do not accept responsibility for any jerseys that are lost or damaged in the shipping process back to us.
Please include a note with your name and order number, so we can identify you!
You do not need to return in the outer box (to save on size / weight) – the jersey can be returned in the polybag that it was contained in within the outer box.
